The Bylaws of the Phoenix Rod & Gun Club

One amendment was passed by the board during 2009, was ratified by the membership with more than 67% at the Jan 2010 annual meeting and is in effect (but not incorporated into the pdf):

Measure 1 (passed with 72% of the vote):  Addendum to Article 8:  Any Board  Member or Officer is subject to removal for any reason during a BOD meeting with a 67% majority vote of the directors present.

(note: A second amendment was voted on at the jan 2010 meeting, measure 2 (failed since it only had 58% of the vote, not the required 67%):  Change to Article 4:3.  Reduce quorum requirement from 10% to 5% at any annual or special membership meeting)
